Job summary

Zong 5G is seeking a Sr. Manager Solutions Innovation & Standardization to lead the design of innovative ICT solutions and govern the end-to-end solution management for government and enterprise projects, including DICT and multi-vendor ecosystems.

You will collaborate with IGPD and Products teams to build standardized solution blueprints and drive delivery readiness. The role requires steering framework development, partner onboarding, and technical wins in tenders, with a focus on quality,

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in ICT, telecom, technology, system integration or project-based business.
• Experience in project financial analysis / commercial finance / business planning would be preferred.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or above preferably in Electrical/Network/Computer Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design new and innovative solutions by researching and considering the demands of IGPD and Products Team; work closely with IGPD and Products team to design specific new solutions.
• Own the process to define and govern presales → in-sale → after-sale solution management methods for government/enterprise projects, including DICT and multi-vendor solutions.
• Maintain a reusable solutions library (reference designs, sizing rules, observability baselines, post-go-live playbooks) and keep it version-controlled.
• Support the Pre Sales & Project Management HQ teams for high-value solutions.
• Prepare framework and onboard solutions partners for timely delivery of solutions to customers.
• Source, assess, and shortlist ecosystem partners (SI/ISV/OEM) and conduct due diligence on skills, certifications, references, and delivery feasibility.
• Design, develop and integrate applications through inhouse GCSS AD & I team to meet customer needs.
• Provide level-3 presales support on product/solution capabilities and exceptions to standards in collaboration with Product Owners.
• Own the technical win in tenders and RFP/RFI responses by aligning architecture, compliance matrices, and solution margin with bid strategy.

Education

Bachelor's degree or above preferably in Electrical/Network/Computer Engineering
