WNS is looking for someone who can communicate with customers in a professional manner and provide solutions for specific requests as per process guidelines. Listen attentively to customer needs and demonstrate empathy while providing customer support.

Qualifications:

• Must be a high school graduate
• Must have at least 1-year international BPO experience, preferably in benefits or insurance
• Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills
• Good customer service skills
• Willing to work onsite
• Can start ASAP
