We are hiring a performance-oriented Trade Developer to boost sales development in wholesale and retail outlets within your assigned area. This role ensures the presence of must-have SKUs in key accounts while supporting partner sales teams through field execution, training, and trade marketing.
Market Execution & Sales Development
Achieve sales targets and volume per route
Ensure Must-Have product availability and correct out-of-stock issues
Conduct merchandising and implement cycle-based trade activities
Gather market intel, identify sales gaps, and propose solutions
Partner Coordination & Sales Capability
Provide day-to-day feedback to TDS-PW on partner operations
Ride with partner salesmen and suggest improvements in routing and delivery
Coach partner sales personnel in trade execution and product knowledge
Coordinate classroom and field training sessions
Account Management & Expansion
Maintain and update route lists and outlet databases
Identify and convert new business opportunities
Execute commercial and marketing programs at store level
Provide input on truck load management, delivery issues, and partner performance
At least 2 years college education in any course
1 year of experience in sales or FMCG, ideally returnable glass business
Strong understanding of beverage products, market territory, and distribution
Holder of a professional driver’s license (Codes 2 & 3)
Effective communication, negotiation, and route planning skills
Selling and objection handling
Customer profiling and prospecting
Data-driven execution and market insight
Accountability, confidence, and personal effectiveness
