Qualifications

• 1+ year of funeral industry experience preferred, but not required.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality strongly preferred.
• Warm, professional presence with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and lead funeral and memorial services with professionalism.
• Manage all aspects of service planning including scheduling and transportation.
• Prepare and file required legal documents and work with cemeteries.
• Maintain accurate client records and service documentation.
• Handle administrative tasks including data entry and inquiries.
