Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture; active license is an advantage.
At least 2-3 years of experience in store maintenance works.
Knowledge of different mall guidelines related to maintenance requirements.
Ability to handle multiple store maintenance projects simultaneously.
Proficient in Spiceworks and advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Job Description:
Schedules and implements corrective and predictive facility maintenance programs and activities.
Administers and enforces preventive maintenance programs to ensure continuous optimal operating conditions of all store facilities and equipment.
Monitors turnaround time of maintenance requests from business units to ensure they are within the approved period.
Creates regular reports on maintenance expenses and resolution rates.
Manages and deploys in-house multi-skilled technicians and oversees work by third-party service providers.
Conducts regular facility safety audits to ensure equipment is in good working order.
Supervises and enforces housekeeping in all areas of the building facility.
Monitors and implements projects related to installation and repair for operational stores and business centers.
Coordinates with vendors regarding project bidding and costing for maintenance works.
Initiates and justifies the purchase of equipment and tools.
Monitors warranty periods of equipment, fixtures, and services.
