Qualifications

• Strong background in Guest Services and/or Premium player fields.
• At least one year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in gaming marketing.
• Ability to manage and maintain a larger database of clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business and potential players.
• Achieve client quotas, performance targets and business goals.
• Provide professional customer relationship services.
• Acquire new players and encourage return visits.
