Job summary

A leading humanitarian organization is seeking an Admin Assistant to provide support for general administrative and clerical tasks within the Finance and Administration department. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of administrative experience and basic knowledge of accounting. Strong English skills and proficiency in MS Office are required. This position is located in Manila and emphasizes collaboration and respect for diversity.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years administrative background or similar field.
  • Experience with international organization is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of online office applications is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Provides support to administrative and clerical tasks in Finance and Administration.
  • Scans documents and uploads files for archiving.
  • Manages Finance and Welcome databases.
  • Acts as back-up in the absence of the Cashier.
  • Coordinates with the Premises clerk for administrative tasks.

Skills

Basic knowledge of written and spoken English
Basic clerical skills
Basic knowledge of simple accounting
Ability to work with little supervision
