Job summary

Pagasa Philippines Finance Corporation is seeking a Zonal HR/HR Zonal Lead to manage end-to-end HR and Administrative activities across the designated zone, ensuring policy compliance and standardized HR processes. The role partners with Zonal Managers, aligning HR initiatives with business goals to drive productivity and risk mitigation.

The incumbent will supervise Division HR personnel, uphold disciplinary and employee relations standards, and coordinate with HR Operations to ensure service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, management, or related field.
• Master's degree and/or CHRP/CPHR is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and labor regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Division HR personnel within the zone.
• Oversee end-to-end HR and Administrative processes to ensure compliance.
• Ensure timely HR reports, submissions, and deliverables.
• Provide guidance on complex employee relations cases and ensure proper documentation.
• Review and approve disciplinary actions and due process timeliness.
