Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and maintain Zoho CRM, build workflows, automations, and custom modules.
Design and optimize Zoho-based business processes for operational efficiency.
Manage executive calendar, emails, and scheduling across multiple time zones.
Maintain and update client databases and records in Zoho CRM.
Coordinate internal communications and ensure smooth information flow across teams.
Assist with lead tracking, client follow-ups, and pipeline management in the CRM.
Support day-to-day admin tasks as directed by the business owner.
Develop and document standard operating procedures within Zoho.
Handle client communications as needed.
