Job summary

RemoteVA PH is seeking a Zoho CRM Specialist to manage and support CRM activities, maintain accurate customer and sales records, and streamline workflows. The role requires hands-on Zoho CRM experience and comfort working with QuickBooks and Microsoft Outlook integrations.

Qualifications

Zoho CRM experience is a MUST.
Experience managing CRM databases and customer records.
Knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Outlook is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM integrations and data synchronization is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Willingness to learn new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain records in Zoho CRM.
Update customer, lead, contact, and account information accurately.
Monitor CRM activities, tasks, and follow-ups.
Assist with CRM workflows, data organization, and reporting.
Work with QuickBooks and assist with CRM/accounting data integration when needed.
Use Microsoft Outlook for email, calendar, contacts, and CRM-related activities.
Help ensure information is properly synchronized between systems.
Identify and resolve basic CRM data or integration issues.
Maintain accurate and organized records.
