Job summary

RemoteVA PH in the Philippines is seeking a Zoho CRM Specialist to manage and support CRM activities, maintain accurate customer and sales records, and streamline workflows. Proficiency in Zoho CRM is a MUST, with advantage for QuickBooks and Microsoft Outlook integrations.

You will monitor CRM activities, assist with data organization, and ensure synchronization between Zoho CRM and connected tools. Strong English communication, independence, and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

Position Overview

Experience with Zoho CRM is a MUST, with the ability to work with QuickBooks and Microsoft Outlook integrations being a strong advantage. Zoho CRM supports integrations with both QuickBooks and Outlook for syncing customer, financial, email, calendar, and activity information.
