Job summary

Rippedboxstation seeks a CRM Specialist to manage and optimize the company’s CRM system, with a focus on Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive. You will design automated workflows, integrate tools via APIs, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to boost CRM adoption and data quality.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in CRM platforms, with strong data mapping, reporting, and documentation skills. UK-time schedule; 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of experience working with CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).
• Proven experience in API integration and workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of data mapping and system connectivity.
• Experience improving CRM usage and adoption for sales/marketing/customer success.
• Experience managing CRM reporting, dashboards and data analytics.
• Strong problem solving, communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system (Zoho or equivalent).
• Design, build and optimize automated workflows and data pipelines within the CRM.
• Configure CRM modules, fields, dashboards and reports to meet business needs.
• Integrate external tools via APIs and connectors (Zapier, Make, native integrations).
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to improve CRM usage.
• Ensure CRM data integrity, accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements for better client and team experience.
• Provide user training, documentation and ongoing system support.
