Job summary

PayJoy is seeking a Zoho CRM Analyst to administer and optimize our Zoho CRM ecosystem. You will configure modules, automations, dashboards, and reports to keep data clean and support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success with actionable insights.

You will build scalable workflows, ensure data governance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into CRM solutions that drive productivity and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in Zoho CRM administration and configuration.
• Strong understanding of CRM data models, pipelines, and reporting.
• Experience with automations, workflows, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the Zoho CRM platform (users, roles, layouts, modules, fields, permissions).
• Design and maintain automations (workflows, blueprints, rules) and integrations across Zoho suite (Campaigns, Desk, Analytics, Flow, Creator).
• Safeguard data quality and governance; define standards and perform deduplication and validation.
• Build dashboards and reports in Zoho CRM/Analytics for pipeline health, conversion, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and train end users.
• Support data flows between Zoho CRM and marketing, telephony, finance/ERP; coordinate with IT/vendors.
