Job summary

PayJoy is seeking a Zoho CRM Analyst to administer, optimize, and continually improve the CRM ecosystem so Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams rely on clean data, efficient workflows, and actionable insights.

You will configure modules, automations, dashboards, and reports, safeguard data quality, and partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable CRM solutions that drive productivity and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Analytical, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Clear communication to translate between business and technical language.
• Ability to train and support users and prioritize multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Zoho CRM platform: users, roles, profiles, layouts, modules, fields, permissions.
• Design and maintain automations and integrations across Zoho suite to reduce manual work.
• Safeguard data quality and governance: data standards, deduplication, validation routines.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Zoho CRM/Analytics for pipeline health and KPIs.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and train end users on new features.
• Support integrations and data flows between Zoho CRM and other tools, coordinating with IT.
