Job summary

Alter Domus is seeking an Implementation Support Officer to deliver data migration for new real estate funds onto our platforms, under the supervision of a Senior Officer or Manager. You will coordinate with clients, accounting teams, and third-party providers to ensure smooth delivery.

The ideal candidate has a finance or accounting background, a Bachelor's degree, solid Excel skills, and strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or 1–2 years accounting experience.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with attention to detail.
• Solid Excel skills; Yardi knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client implementation and data migration projects to completion according to project plans, under the direction of a senior officer or manager.
• Develop and maintain understanding of tools and resources needed to meet deliverables.
• Set up funds in the system, migrate data from external sources, and gather requirements for reporting.
• Coach and support operations team members in best practices and new functionality adoption.
