Job summary

Alter Domus is a leading provider of integrated solutions for the alternative investment industry. We seek a Finance Operations professional to manage capital calls, cash movements, and client data across our global platforms.

Key responsibilities include onboarding new clients, training team members, and ensuring accurate data for portfolio reporting. A strong Excel/Investran background and 3–4 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Audit, Economics, or related field.
• 3–4 years of Finance Operations experience (or similar).
• Fund Accounting/Alternative Investment experience is required.
• Experience working with the Investran system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter critical alternative investment information for clients into a workflow system.
• Prepare cash reconciliations and wires for cash movements.
• Reconcile metrics including unfunded commitments, IRR, MOIC; exchange data with clients' platforms.
• Onboard, train, and assist with performance reviews for direct reports.
• Serve as primary contact for client needs, onboarding and historical data.
