Job summary

Alter Domus is seeking an Implementation Support Officer in Taguig, Philippines to drive data migration for new real estate funds onto our platform. You will coordinate with clients, accounting teams, and third-party providers to ensure successful migrations and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, an accounting background, solid Excel abilities, and can explain technical concepts to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required or 1–2 years accounting experience.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient with Excel; ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client implementation and data migration projects to completion under supervision.
• Develop and maintain understanding of tools and resources needed to meet deliverables.
• Lead Yardi implementation activities, including fund setup, data migration, and requirements gathering for reports.
• Coach and support operations team on best practices and new functionality.
