Job summary

Alter Domus in Taguig is seeking a Platform Implementation Specialist to deliver client implementation and data migration projects, using Yardi and related tools. You will work across multiple tasks in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

The role involves setting up funds in Yardi, gathering requirements for reporting, developing training materials, and coaching junior team members within the Platform Implementation Team.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Yardi and investment funds in operations or a support role.
• Good Excel skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client implementation and data migration projects to completion per project plans.
• Maintain progress reports on project deliverables.
• Assist in training materials and client-specific process documents.
• Lead system set-up of funds in Yardi and gather reporting requirements.
• Coach teammates on best practices and new functionality.
