Job summary

Alter Domus is seeking an Implementation Support Officer in Taguig to manage data migration projects for clients under supervision of a Senior Officer or Manager. You will coordinate with client accounting teams and third-party providers to ensure timely delivery and data integrity.

The role requires a solid accounting or finance background, strong Excel skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts to stakeholders. A proactive, client-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or 1–2 years of accounting experience.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
• Good Excel skills; familiarity with Yardi is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client implementation and data migration projects to completion according to project plans.
• Develop and maintain understanding of tools/resources needed to meet deliverables.
• Involve set-up of funds, migration of data, gathering requirements for custom reporting in Yardi implementations.
• Coach and support operations team members in best practices.
