Job summary

Alter Domus in Taguig, PH is seeking a Platform Implementation professional to drive client deployments and data migrations, leveraging Yardi and fund setup knowledge. You will work closely with clients to define requirements, mentor junior teammates, and ensure on-time delivery of complex implementations.

The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to explain technical concepts to stakeholders in a client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Comfortable explaining technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Experience with Yardi and investment funds operations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client implementation and data migration projects to completion according to project plans.
• Maintain progress reports on project deliverables.
• Develop and maintain understanding of tools and resources needed to meet deliverables.
• Assist in the design and delivery of training materials and client-specific process documents.
• Lead Yardi implementations, including fund setup, data migration, and requirements gathering.
• Coach and support operations team members in best practices and new functionality.
• Provide training and guidance to junior members of the Platform Implementation Team.

An ideal candidate has strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and is comfortable with working on multiple tasks and projects concurrently. They will also be comfortable explaining technical concepts to stakeholders. This role suits someone who is a self-starter, quick learner, capable of grasping new concepts quickly and consistently delivers results in a client-focused culture. Previous experience with Yardi, and experience of investment funds in an operations or support role is highly desirable. A good level of excel skills and attention to detail are key.

primary responsibilities

• Deliver client implementation and data migration projects to completion according to project plans;
• Maintain progress reports on project deliverables;
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the tools and resources needed to meet deliverables;
• Assist in the design and delivery of training materials & client-specific process documents;
• Have a delivery role in Yardi implementations, including the set-up of funds in the system, migration of data from external sources, and gathering of requirements for custom reporting;
• Coach and support operations team members in the best practice use of the system and adoption of new functionality;
• Provide training and guidance to more junior members of the Platform Implementation Team.
