Job summary

Alter Domus in Taguig is seeking a Platform Implementation Specialist to deliver client implementation and data migration projects, using Yardi and related tools. You will work across multiple tasks in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

The role involves setting up funds in Yardi, gathering requirements for reporting, developing training materials, and coaching junior team members within the Platform Implementation Team.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Yardi and investment funds in operations or a support role.
• Good Excel skills with high attention to detail.

An ideal candidate has strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and is comfortable with working on multiple tasks and projects concurrently. They will also be comfortable explaining technical concepts to stakeholders. This role suits someone who is a self-starter, quick learner, capable of grasping new concepts quickly and consistently delivers results in a client-focused culture. Previous experience with Yardi, and experience of investment funds in an operations or support role is highly desirable. A good level of excel skills and attention to detail are key.

primary responsibilities

• Deliver client implementation and data migration projects to completion according to project plans;
• Maintain progress reports on project deliverables;
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the tools and resources needed to meet deliverables;
• Assist in the design and delivery of training materials & client-specific process documents;
• Have a delivery role in Yardi implementations, including the set-up of funds in the system, migration of data from external sources, and gathering of requirements for custom reporting;
• Coach and support operations team members in the best practice use of the system and adoption of new functionality;
• Provide training and guidance to more junior members of the Platform Implementation Team.
