Job summary

Alter Domus is seeking an Implementation Support Officer to deliver data migration for new real estate funds onto our platforms, under the supervision of a Senior Officer or Manager. You will coordinate with clients, accounting teams, and third-party providers to ensure smooth delivery.

The ideal candidate has a finance or accounting background, a Bachelor's degree, solid Excel skills, and strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or 1–2 years accounting experience.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with attention to detail.
• Solid Excel skills; Yardi knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client implementation and data migration projects to completion according to project plans, under the direction of a senior officer or manager.
• Develop and maintain understanding of tools and resources needed to meet deliverables.
• Set up funds in the system, migrate data from external sources, and gather requirements for reporting.
• Coach and support operations team members in best practices and new functionality adoption.

The Implementation Support Officer is responsible for delivering the migration of data for newly won business of existing real estate investment funds onto the Alter Domus platforms, under supervision of Senior officer or Manager. This includes co-ordinating with other internal and external stakeholders in the process such as the client, accounting teams, and third-party service providers. The Implementation Support Officer acts as a bridge between the operational/accounting teams and the system/technical team, able to understand the requirements of both sides and drive effective collaboration. An ideal candidate has strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and is comfortable with working on multiple tasks and projects concurrently. They will also be comfortable explaining technical concepts to stakeholders. This role suits someone who is a self-starter, quick learner, capable of grasping new concepts quickly and consistently delivers results in a client-focused culture. A good level of excel skills, accounting background (A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or 1-2 years of accounting experience) and attention to detail are key. Yardi software knowledge is an asset but not mandatory.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver client implementation and data migration projects to completion according to project plans, under the direction of a senior officer or manager;
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the tools and resources needed to meet deliverables;
• Have a delivery role in Yardi implementations, including the set-up of funds in the system, migration of data from external sources, and gathering of requirements for custom reporting;
• Coach and support operations team members in the best practice use of the system and adoption of new functionality.
