Job summary

Eastvantage Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer with Xero expertise to support Australian operations from the Philippines. You will manage day-to-day payables, reconcile statements, and maintain accurate Xero records while ensuring BAS preparations and payroll data collation are handled efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable or accounts administration.
• Proficient in using Xero accounting software.
• Experience with BAS preparation and monthly BAS processes.
• Ability to collate payroll data for processing.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Capable of independent work and ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process day-to-day accounts payable and ensure invoices are paid accurately.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain financial records in Xero with accuracy.
• Assist with monthly BAS requirements and payroll data collation.
• Conduct bank and account reconciliations; general accounting tasks as required.
• Ensure records are organized and deadlines are met.
