Job summary

Shore360 is seeking an organized Accountant to establish and maintain administration functions for Formula Sports and Games in the Philippines with Australian operations, including initial induction in Australia.

The role covers bank reconciliations in Xero, AP/AR management, weekly payroll, FX and Cin7 inventory reconciliations, and monthly management reporting, with a background in accounting and a valid passport required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of practical accounting experience.
• Experience with Xero accounting software.
• Familiarity with Cin7, Phocos and Brandscope is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process daily bank reconciliations in Xero.
• Enter and code Accounts Payable in Xero.
• Manage accounts receivable and oversee overdue accounts.
• Process weekly payroll in Xero.
• Monthly FX bank reconciliations.
• Monthly CIN7 inventory reconciliations to Xero B/S & P&L.
• Prepare monthly management reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Board report).
• Maintain accurate financial records ensuring compliance.
• Import customer sales invoices from Cin7 to Xero daily.
