Job summary

Free Your Time Now Incorporated (FYT) in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to manage end-to-end AP and bookkeeping for Australian clients. You will work across multiple client accounts, ensuring accurate records and compliance using Xero and Dext.

Key duties include supplier payments, reconciliations, month-end close support, BAS/IAS/TPAR filings, and collaboration with Client Managers to resolve queries while maintaining high accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle across multi-client accounts, including invoice capture, coding, and processing using Dext and Xero
• Prepare and execute supplier batch payments in line with payment schedules
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Perform regular bank, credit card, and monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Ensure accurate allocation of expenses, revenue, and project tracking
• Maintain accurate general ledger entries and audit-ready client records
• Assist with month-end close and reporting preparation
• Support payroll and superannuation processing, including STP compliance and reconciliations
• Assist in BAS, IAS, and TPAR filings as required
• Work with Client Managers and respond promptly to queries
