Job summary

Eastvantage Group in Manila (Metro Manila) seeks an Accounts Payable Officer with proven Xero experience to manage day-to-day accounts payable, process invoices, reconcile supplier statements and ensure timely payments.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, ability to work independently, and problem-solving skills to resolve discrepancies and prepare monthly BAS information as well as payroll data for processing.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable and supplier invoicing.
• Experience with BAS preparation.
• Familiarity with Xero accounting software and payroll data processing.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing day to day accounts payable and ensuring invoices are accurately processed and paid
• Processing invoices, reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
• Maintaining accurate financial records in Xero
• Preparing information and assisting with monthly BAS requirements
• Supporting the collation of payroll data for processing
• Bank and account reconciliations
• Assisting with general accounts and financial administration as required
• Maintaining organised and accurate records and ensuring deadlines are met
• Working closely with management and other areas of the business where required
