Job summary

Peak Outsourcing, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an accountable Finance Associate to manage full-cycle AP/AR, payroll processing, and VAT filings. You will maintain Xero data integrity and collaborate with Sales and Project Management.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of accounting experience, strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs), and excellent written and spoken English. Vietnamese language skills are a plus, and you will sign an NDA.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle AP/AR, multi-currency bank/credit card reconciliations, payroll processing, petty cash, and VAT/tax filings.
• Prepare weekly/monthly cash flow and budget reports; issue client invoices; maintain Xero data integrity; assist with admin tasks.
• Field client and supplier inquiries; coordinate with Sales and Project Management to align milestones with schedules.
