D&V Philippines Outsourcing, Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Senior Associate Accountant (AU) for a hybrid role. You will manage Australian client bookkeeping using Xero and MYOB, and handle documents in Dext with accurate coding and timely posting.

Responsibilities include payroll processing, bank reconciliations, GST/BAS support, AP/AR, and regular client updates. A minimum of three years’ Australian bookkeeping experience and strong English communication are required for this

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in Australian bookkeeping or similar client services.
• Strong hands-on experience using Xero and Dext.
• Knowledge of MYOB Business for transactions and reporting.
• Experience with workflow systems like Xbert or Karbon.
• Solid reconciliation skills across bank, credit cards, AP/AR and balance sheet.
• Strong English communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Process day-to-day Australian bookkeeping in Xero and MYOB with proper documentation.
• Manage source documents in Dext including invoices and receipts.
• Perform reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Prepare and process payrolls and related reconciliations.
• Maintain AP/AR processes and vendor/customer account reconciliations.
• Meet deadlines for monthly, quarterly tasks including GST/BAS support.
