Shore360 in Clark, Philippines, is seeking a highly organized Accountant for an on-site, permanent role. The successful candidate will establish and maintain administration functions in support of the Australian-based operations, with initial induction in Australia.

You will handle bank reconciliations in Xero, code AP, manage AR, process payroll, and prepare monthly reports across P&L, Balance Sheet, and inventory reconciliations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of practical accounting experience.
• Experience with Xero Accounting Software.
• Experience in Cin7, Phocas and Brandscope software would be advantageous.
• Articulate written and oral skills.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
• Excel proficiency expected.

Responsibilities

• Process daily bank reconciliations in Xero.
• Code Accounts Payable and manage invoices.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and overdue accounts.
• Process weekly payroll in Xero.
• Reconcile monthly FX bank accounts and credit cards.
• Consolidate monthly P&L and Balance Sheet for Board reports.
• Maintain accurate financial records and compliance.
