Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Xano-focused back-end developer to design and implement scalable REST APIs. You will manage databases, build workflows, and handle authentication while integrating third-party services and ensuring performance.

The role supports remote or hybrid work setups and involves collaboration with frontend teams. The ideal candidate has 1–3+ years in backend or full-stack development, strong Xano experience, and familiarity with PostgreSQL or MySQL.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years backend or full-stack development experience.
• Hands-on Xano experience, preferably in production environments.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP methods.
• Knowledge of relational databases, PostgreSQL or MySQL concepts.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and external services.
• Familiar with no-code tools like Bubble, FlutterFlow, Retool.
• Comfortable working independently in remote or hybrid setups.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable REST APIs using Xano
• Build and manage databases, schemas, relationships, and indexes
• Develop workflows and business logic within Xano platform
• Handle authentication, authorization, and role-based access control
• Integrate third-party APIs, including payments, CRMs, analytics tools
• OptimizeAPI performance, queries, and system reliability
• Collaborate with frontend teams to define API contracts
• Support QA, debugging, and continuous system improvements

Qualifications and Requirements

• 1–3+ years backend or full-stack development experience
• Hands-on Xano experience, preferably in production environments
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP methods
• Knowledge of relational databases, PostgreSQLor MySQL concepts
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and external services

Preferred:

• Experience with Node.js, Laravel, Django, or similar frameworks
