Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Graduate).
• Minimum of 1 year of construction estimating experience.
• Property loss adjusting is preferred but not required.
• In-depth knowledge of XactAnalysis and Xactimate software.
• Haag Engineering: Hail and Wind Damage Assessment for Residential Roofs.

Responsibilities

• Review adjuster estimates for daily claims to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Review estimates of $150,000 or less for accuracy and guideline adherence.
• Document all estimate revisions in XactAnalysis.
• Verify proposed repairs against construction standards and client requirements.
• Collate specific estimate revision requests and maintain records.
• Engage with clients and adjusters to resolve revision requests.
• Support CAT estimate reviews with Estimate Reviewer Engineer II during peak periods.
