Job summary

Argao Psych is seeking a Workplace Mental Health Assistant to coordinate workplace mental health programs for client organizations, build strong client relationships, and ensure smooth program implementation.

You will onboard new clients, coordinate trainings and wellness activities, prepare reports, and liaise with clinical and support teams. A bachelor's degree and 1 year in related roles are preferred; strong communication and public speaking skills are essential.

Job description

As a Workplace Mental Health Assistant, you’ll play a key role in coordinating Argao Psych’s workplace mental health programs. You’ll be at the forefront of building meaningful client relationships, ensuring smooth program implementation, and helping organizations take better care of their people.

_ What you will be doing: _

• Assist in onboarding new clients and orienting HR focal person on our mental health programs and tools
• Coordinate mental health programs and services for our partner organizations (trainings, employee assistance programs, wellness surveys, policy reviews, etc.)
• Engage with clients to ensure smooth implementation of workplace mental health programs, feedback gathering, and sustained partnership.
• Prepare and submit reports, documentation, and presentations related to workplace mental health projects.
• Liaise with Argao Psych’s clinical and support teams to align on program timelines, deliverables, and resource needs.
• Champion mental wellness in workplace settings by embodying our values: Integrity, Competence, Accountability, Resiliency, and Equality.

Work Details

Terms: Full Time
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Work Location: City of San Fernando, Pampanga / With field work and travel as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of any bachelor’s degree
• At least 1 year of experience in project coordination, client servicing, or workplace wellness programs (internships count!).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal.

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

• Able to handle multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously
• Tech-savvy with working knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Comfort in public speaking and engaging with professionals and corporate clients.
• Passionate about mental health and client care
• Can work independently or with a team

• Have experience in workplace mental health, EAP, or employee wellness initiatives.
• Have a background in data handling, reporting, or basic research.
• Are a natural people-person with heart and hustle.
