Primary Candidate Screening. Facilitate the recruitment lifecycle by conducting initial interviews and assessments for all applicants.
Selection Coordination. Shortlist and recommend qualified candidates to the CEO for final assessment and ultimate hiring decisions.
Onboarding & Record Keeping. Manage the formal orientation of new personnel and maintain 201 Files.
Statutory Benefits, Attendance & Leave Administration. Coordinate the enrollment and data maintenance for government-mandated benefits, systematically collect and verify daily attendance logs and manage the tracking of employee leave credits (Sick Leave, Vacation Leave) to ensure data integrity.
Regulatory Compliance. Help monitor and implement updates to labor standard requirements, ensuring that all internal policies regarding benefits and working conditions remain legally compliant.
Task Performance Monitoring. Systematically track and verify the accomplishment of team tasks and departmental projects, providing objective progress reports to the Vice President.
Policy and SOP Drafting. Collaborate with the Vice President in the formulation, review, and enforcement of the Employee Handbook and various workplace regulations.
Training Administration. Identify organizational skill gaps and coordinate professional development sessions or workshops to enhance team performance and compliance.
Asset & Facility Oversight. Monitor the utilization and maintenance of company assets and office resources, ensuring a safe and professionally equipped workspace.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or Business Administration (Required)
1-2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or Administrative Operations (Required)
Strong ability to evaluate professional character and technical competency during initial screenings
Knowledgeable of Google Workspace and Canva
Excellent capability in drafting professional documents, policies, and operational reports
