The role focuses on high-quality mental health services and expanding wellness programs through collaboration. Responsibilities include individual and group coaching onsite and virtual, delivering psychoeducational webinars, conducting clinical interviews, and preparing reports and trackers.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid professional license (PRC).
• Master's degree in psychology or counseling from a recognized institution.
• At least 3 years of client-facing experience in clinical or counseling settings.
• Experience delivering 1:1 and group-based mental health interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group coaching/counseling sessions onsite and virtual for internal and external clients.
• Prepare and deliver wellness modules, learning materials, and psychoeducational webinars.
• Conduct clinical interviews, screenings, and participate in case discussions as needed.
• Submit accurate trackers, reports, referrals, and escalation documentation.
• Attend client-mandated trainings and team meetings; collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth program operations.
• Support development by participating in learning activities and helping meet performance metrics.
• Assist in scheduling, logistics, and documentation; ensure data integrity on caseload trackers.

Job Summary

The Wellness Coach provides psychosocial support through individual and group coaching, counseling, and mental health education to employees of corporate clients, particularly under the Accenture weCare Program and other accounts as needed. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality mental health services and supports the development and expansion of current wellness programs through innovation and collaboration.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group coaching/counseling sessions, both onsite and virtual, for internal and external clients.
• Prepare and deliver wellness modules, learning materials, and psychoeducational webinars (e.g., Psychological First Aid sessions).
• Conduct clinical interviews, screenings, and participate in case discussions as necessary.
• Submit accurate and timely trackers, reports, referrals, and escalation documentation as required.

Program and Stakeholder Support

• Attend and actively participate in client-mandated training, team meetings, and emergency connect sessions.
• Support team development by participating in learning and knowledge-sharing activities in coordination with the A1 POC.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain effective communication and ensure smooth program operations.
• Assist in ensuring completion of team scorecard and performance metrics.
• Help develop and implement enhancements to existing mental health programs and services.

Administrative and Operational Support

• Coordinate with the POC and assist fellow coaches in scheduling, logistics, and documentation.
• Ensure quality input and data integrity on all caseload trackers and related systems.
• Prepare psychological reports, case notes, and test/survey analyses as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Psychologist, or Registered Counselor.
• Holder of a Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from a reputable institution.
• Must have a valid PRC license.
• At least 3 years of pre or post-graduate, client-facing experience in clinical or counseling settings.
• Demonstrated experience in both 1:1 therapeutic care and group-based interventions.
