Job summary

Argao Psych is seeking a Workplace Mental Health Assistant to coordinate workplace mental health programs for client organizations, build strong client relationships, and ensure smooth program implementation.

You will onboard new clients, coordinate trainings and wellness activities, prepare reports, and liaise with clinical and support teams. A bachelor's degree and 1 year in related roles are preferred; strong communication and public speaking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 1 year in project coordination or workplace wellness programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Comfort with public speaking and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding new clients and orienting HR focal person.
• Coordinate mental health programs and services for partner organizations.
• Engage with clients to ensure smooth implementation and feedback collection.
• Prepare and submit reports, documentation, and presentations.
• Liaise with clinical and support teams on timelines and resources.
• Champion workplace mental wellness and uphold company values.
