Job summary

AS White Global in Manila is seeking a driven Rehabilitation Assistant to support case management in workplace rehabilitation. You will compile reports, follow up with medical and vendor docs, and research service providers to best match client needs.

The role requires a health-related degree, excellent English, and strong MS Office skills. This hybrid Manila position offers flexible hours and professional growth within APAC operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health-related field required.
• Excellent English written communication for documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong verbal communication with clients.
• Customer service orientation and organization skills.
• Experience in health-related administrative/clinical rehab is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Compile and prepare Rehabilitation Reports, including Vocational Assessments and Labour Market Analyses.
• Follow up with stakeholders for required documentation (medical certificates, questionnaires, IME).
• Conduct online research for service providers and retraining opportunities.
• Enter data and create worker profiles in Online Health Coaching Program.
• Manage administrative tasks and ensure adherence to Quality Management System.
• Meet consultant requests within defined timeframes and quality targets.

What You’ll Do

• Compilation and preparation of Occupational Rehabilitation Reports including, but limited to, Vocational Assessments, Labour Market Analyses, and Progress/Status Reports.
• Follow up with stakeholders to obtain documentation required by the consultant, such as medical certificates, medical questionnaires, IME reports.
• Online research for service providers, retraining providers and suitable job vacancies for our clients.
• Internal data entry such as (but not limited to) custom fields and file review summaries.
• Administrative management of Online Health Coaching Program (creation of worker profiles, assessments, and follow up of assessment results).
• Perform all tasks in accordance with our client’s Quality Management System.
• Adhere to strict time frames when completing consultant requests.
• Complete tasks to productivity, efficiency and quality targets.

Key Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree in health-related qualification such as Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counseling, Psychology, Nursing or Medical/Health Science etc.
• Excellent English written communication skills with a focus of documentation preparation and formatting.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.
• Well-developed verbal communication skills with a focus of telephone conversations with external clients.
• Strong customer service focus, proven organization and time management skills.
• Experience in a health-related administrative & clinical rehabilitation setting would be an added advantage.
