Job summary

TOA Global is seeking a Workplace Experience Supervisor (WXS) to lead a Concierge team and ensure seamless facilities operations, safety, and showroom standards across the site.

You will drive employee experience, manage vendors, oversee maintenance and renovations, and mentor front-office staff to deliver outstanding service for employees and visitors.

The role requires 3–5 years in facilities or workplace operations, a relevant degree, and strong leadership, communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facilities management or workplace operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive site initiatives to deliver exceptional workplace experiences and maintain high showroom standards.
• Lead a team of Concierge Assistants and oversee front-office operations.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure service quality and compliance.
• Oversee safety, security, and incident response across the site.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations to support growth.
