Job summary

TOA Global in Mandaluyong is seeking a Workplace Experience Supervisor (WXS) to manage facilities operations on site. You will lead a team of Concierge Assistants, ensure showroom standards, safety, and daily workflows, while supporting the WX Director and senior managers.

The role requires 3-5 years in facilities or workplace operations, a bachelor's degree (IFMA/ OSHA / PMP a plus), and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years in facilities management or workplace operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, business administration, or related field; certifications such as IFMA/ OSHA/ PMP are a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for admin tasks, reporting, and records.

Responsibilities

• Drive site initiatives to deliver exceptional workplace experiences and high customer satisfaction for employees and visitors.
• Oversee facilities operations, maintenance, and showroom standards across assigned sites.
• Manage third-party vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality delivery and compliance.
• Oversee safety, security, and incident management to maintain a safe environment.
• Lead and mentor Concierge Assistants and ensure smooth front-office operations.
• Coordinate site projects, renovations, and improvements to support growth.
• Track site expenses, inventory, and records using MS Office tools.
