The ideal candidate must be a college graduate with at least 3 years of experience in Workforce Management (WFM) or Real-Time Analyst (RTA). Responsibilities include maintaining capacity planners, developing forecasts, and generating monthly reports. The position requires teamwork, leadership, and analytical skills. This is a full-time, 100% onsite role expected to begin ASAP.
