The Hird Corp. is seeking an experienced Workforce Management Executive to support workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, and real-time operations in Cebu City. You will analyze performance metrics and collaborate with stakeholders to meet service level targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or college graduate.
