Job summary

SGS is seeking a Tier 2 Analyst for Global HR Technology Services to sustain and enhance Workday support across five regions. The role partners with the Global HR Tech Team on design, configuration, testing and deployment of Workday, while handling escalations from Tier 1 and ensuring quality incident management.

The ideal candidate has 0–2+ years of HR operations/HR tech experience, a bachelor’s in HR management, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field.
• 0-2+ years of professional experience in HR operations or HR technology.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong learning agility and ability to adapt to a global environment.
• Confident in communicating with stakeholders globally in English.

Responsibilities

• Sustain and enhance Workday support in Tier 2 global HR technology services.
• Support HR users across 5 regions and partner with Global HR Technology Team for Workday design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Handle Tier 2 Workday service delivery and escalate issues from Tier 1 with effective incident management.
• Assist with Workday configuration, testing and reporting; generate reports or Excel source files for analytics.
• Support documentation maintenance and continuous improvement of services.
• Prepare to work in the Alabang office once or twice a week during critical activities.
