Job summary

SGS is a global leader in inspection, verification, testing and certification, seeking a 2nd level support specialist for Workday Expenses related incidents and requests.

You will provide remote and on-site support, collaborate with Level 1 and business owners, and help improve incident resolution through knowledge transfer and specialized application support across Global Business Applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or information technology/service management courses.
• Experience handling 2nd level technical support.
• Exposure to incident and request management.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Workday Expenses related incidents and requests.
• Provide specialized functional support at application level for Global Business Applications.
• Participate in online and offline incident resolution and diagnosis with Level 1 teams.
• Collaborate with Application Support Teams and Business Applications owners.
• Maintain and transfer knowledge to Level 1 via sessions, solutions, and KDB docs.
• Interface with Business Application owners for changes, outages, and known issues.
