Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in talent acquisition, including 8+ years leading high-volume hiring across multiple sites.
• Experience building and scaling TA functions in BPO/Outsourcing or high-growth sectors.
• Strong command of AI-powered sourcing, automation tools, and modern ATS platforms.
• Deep expertise in recruitment metrics, funnel optimization, budgeting and strategic reporting.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with executive-level engagement.
• Track record of leading through change and large-scale transformation.
• Understanding labor market dynamics with regional recruitment focus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and scale high-volume recruitment across PH & SEA delivery sites.
• Own the TA roadmap, including automation and AI adoption in hiring workflows.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, HR and other departments for forecasting and alignment.
• Champion AI, analytics, and automation to improve speed, quality, and inclusivity of hiring.
• Design seamless candidate journeys and drive employer branding across SEA markets.
• Inspire, mentor, and structurally lead TA teams across locations.
