Job summary

Manpower (Philippines) is seeking an Application Support Specialist (HR Operations) to support Workday and related HR applications, while assisting with HR transactions, employee data management, ticket resolution, testing, and process improvement.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in HR Operations or HRIS, a relevant Bachelor's degree, exposure to Workday or other HCM systems, and solid Excel/data-management skills, with strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Admin, CS.
• 1–2 years of HR Operations or HRIS experience.
• Exposure to Workday or other HCM systems is an advantage.
• Experience with ServiceNow/ticketing systems is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and data management.
