Henkel Philippines is seeking a Dayforce System Consultant to strengthen our HR technology landscape across countries. You will collaborate with HR, IT and operations to ensure Go-Live readiness, data integrity, and smooth system performance for payroll platforms.

In this hybrid role based in Makati, you will support deployments, testing, data cutover, reporting, and ongoing enhancements while maintaining documentation and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum of five years working experience with functional configuration changes in cloud-based payroll systems (eg. Dayforce, Workday, Oracle).
• Experience in project management for payroll and WFM with proactive issue resolution and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication due to global stakeholder interaction.
• Amenable to a rotational schedule (mid-shift or night-shift) and a hybrid work setup in Ayala Avenue, Makati.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discovery sessions to understand country-specific requirements and Go-Live readiness.
• Support testing activities including deployment preparation, execution, and post-deployment validation.
• Assist in data cutover tasks during parallel runs and Go-Live with increasing ownership.
• Create, consolidate, and maintain Dayforce reports ensuring data accuracy and security.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide day-to-day support on system usage and data integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve system issues and support future upgrades and releases.
• Maintain technical documentation and monitor integrations, configurations, workflows, and mobile app functionality.
