Job summary
Aurecon is seeking a Workday Specialist to support, configure, and continuously improve its Workday HCM platform. You will provide high-level technical and functional support across Workday modules and integrations, delivering scalable solutions aligned with business requirements and IT strategy.
You will work closely with the Workday Leads, People team, and stakeholders to deliver effective configurations, enhancements, and technical solutions, while maintaining governance and documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Workday HCM implementation and support experience.
- Experience with Core HCM and Absence modules.
- Experience configuring Workday business processes, security, and integrations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR/employee lifecycle processes and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of ITSM processes and Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis.
Responsibilities
- Support, configure, enhance and improve Aurecon's Workday HCM platform.
- Provide third-level technical and functional support across Workday modules and integrations.
- Deliver scalable solutions aligned to business requirements and releases.
- Collaborate with Workday Leads, People team, and stakeholders to deliver IT solutions.
- End-to-end Workday defect management: investigation, testing, and deployment.
- Maintain system documentation and governance, quality, security, and ITSM practices.
