Job summary

Aurecon Group is seeking a Workday Team Leader to oversee a skilled team delivering and supporting Workday HCM solutions. You will ensure capability, quality, and performance while aligning with product strategy and day-to-day priorities.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, engineering excellence, and scalable practices across the team. You will work with product leaders to plan resources, mentor engineers, and drive continuous improvement in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing Workday HCM solutions.
• 3+ years of experience leading Workday HCM teams as a Team Lead, Technical Lead, or People Manager.
• Experience supporting Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Reporting, and/or Integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence, quality delivery, and continuous learning.
• Provide technical guidance across the team's work, including solution design, problem-solving, and application of best practices.
• Promote consistent use of standards, design patterns, and tools that align with Aurecon's architecture and principles.
• Oversee production issues, root cause analysis, and long-term fixes.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and other technical leaders to ensure alignment with strategic platforms.
