Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking an experienced Workday Payroll Specialist to support development, configuration, integration, and enhancement of enterprise Workday solutions. You will work with both technical and business stakeholders to deliver robust payroll services.

The role requires hands-on Workday Payroll expertise and a track record of implementing integrations with ERP ecosystems, in a dynamic, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Business or related field.
• Experience with Workday Payroll and other Workday modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Workday Payroll and/or other Workday modules.
• Support the full software development lifecycle for enterprise applications.
• Configure, customize, deploy, and maintain Workday applications and related business systems.
• Design, develop, and support integrations between Workday and internal systems such as SAP and other enterprise platforms.
• Troubleshoot issues, debug existing solutions, and implement enhancements as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Workday Payroll Specialist to join our team and support the development, configuration, integration, and enhancement of enterprise Workday solutions.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong Workday expertise, particularly in Payroll and other HCM modules, who thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workday Payroll and/or other Workday modules.
• Support the full software development lifecycle for enterprise application solutions.
• Configure, customize, deploy, and maintain Workday applications and related business systems.
• Design, develop, and support integrations between Workday and internal systems such as SAP and other enterprise platforms.
• Troubleshoot issues, debug existing solutions, and implement enhancements as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business solutions.

Required Qualifications

Education
