Monitor Deloitte in Manila seeks a Workday Consultant to join our Philippines Delivery Center. You will assess HR needs and design, develop and integrate Workday Recruiting solutions, testing and troubleshooting as needed.

You will gather requirements, prototype, test, and implement Workday solutions, guide clients in best practices, and deliver delivery assurance. The role emphasizes collaboration, learning, and a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years hands-on Workday Recruiting experience.
• Active Workday Recruiting and Data Loading certifications.

Responsabilités

• Assess HR needs and design, develop, and integrate Workday Recruiting solutions.
• Test and troubleshoot implemented Workday software to resolve errors.
• Gather requirements, prototype, test, and implement Workday solutions.
• Guide clients in adopting Workday best practices and deliver delivery assurance.
• Provide project status updates and support integration with external systems.
