Job summary

Accenture in Cubao, Quezon City is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Insurance to review documents, verify agent data, analyze decisions, and encode licensing details. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in insurance, healthcare, or related fields and is open to full-time onsite work with flexible shifts.

As a Customer Service Representative - Insurance, your responsibilities will include:

About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Open to college graduates, associate degree holders, and undergraduates who completed at least 2nd year in college and with at least 1 year of experience; OR

• Open to college graduates, associate degree holders, and undergraduates who completed at least 1st year in college and with at least 2 years of experience

• 1 to 2 year of work experience in any or a combination of the following: Insurance, Healthcare, Retirement Services, Financial Accounts

• Willing to work full-time onsite in Cubao, Quezon City

• Flexible with shifting schedules and holiday work
