Job summary

Infinit-O is seeking an entry-level order admin to support wholesale operations, invoicing, and billing accuracy in a fast-paced environment. You will process orders, RMAs, and invoices, while coordinating with Accounts Receivable to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely deliveries.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and strong communication as you interact with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Fresh Grad to 1 year experience in similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Experience with Netsuite or Salesforce and Google Sheets.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Enter wholesale print and digital orders, RMAs and credit memos from email and other sources.
• Handle external customer support tickets and answer internal inquiries.
• Approve and troubleshoot orders and RMAs generated through the SuiteCommerce online portal and other automated order sources such as EDI.
• Process wholesale print invoices from item fulfilments.
• Process enterprise and digital partner invoices.
• Process print vendor purchase orders and receivers.
• Ensure every invoice sent out is accurate and timely; work with Accounts Receivable to resolve billing errors and discrepancies.
• Perform administrative duties, such as troubleshooting orders, reconciling shipments and inventory control.
• Collaborate with internal and external team members to ensure smooth wholesale operations.
